As a Nominet registrar
When a request is made to register a new domain or when we notify our clients through email of impending domain renewals, we provide an email explanation of our major terms and how we operate. Other important terms are:
- How much we bill for domain-name-related services;
- Our cancellation policy, how to renew a domain name, and the methodology used to determine how much you will be charged to keep your domain name registration current;
- the fees, if any, that we impose when you transfer your domain names to a new registrar or end your relationship with us in another way.
- If you would like to report an issue with one of the domains on our tag relating to spam, phishing, malware, etc. please send an email to our support team.
Nominet is the central registry for .uk domains. When you register a .uk domain with us you also enter into a contract with Nominet, the terms of which can be found here.

If any of these terms are found to be unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable under the laws of any state or nation where these terms are intended to be effective, then that term will be severed and deleted from these terms to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which it is unlawful, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable, and the remaining terms will survive, remain in full force and effect, and continue to be binding and enforceable.
The laws of England and Wales shall govern these agreements and their interpretation.
