We are aware that in the course of providing our services, we collect and store a lot of sensitive data on specific Clients. As a business, we are dedicated to meeting all pertinent information security regulations and advancing the ISMS throughout time. We have determined three major components/objectives that are crucial to developing our ISMS in order to protect this information, namely:-
Administrative safeguards include rules and procedures that are in writing and that govern daily operations. They also include management of the selection, creation, and application of security measures.
Physical Safeguards: security procedures designed to guard against outside infiltration, environmental dangers, and natural disasters for an organization's electronic information systems, as well as connected structures and equipment.
Technical Safeguards: security precautions that outline how to employ technology to safeguard DevSight's systems, with a focus on access management.
We have specific controls in place to address our risks, which are listed in our Statement of Application, and we conduct frequent internal evaluations. Since everyone on staff, not just the Leadership Team, is accountable for information security, everyone on staff should continue to be aware of this policy’s contents and show practical application of its main goals when doing everyday tasks.
We also disclose the specifics of our policy to all other interested parties, including the public when appropriate, and we decide if communication with the information security management system is necessary and how to proceed. Customers and clients are among them, but they are not the only ones, and their needs are listed in contracts, purchase orders, specifications, etc.
An ongoing program of internal audits will be used to confirm compliance with the policy.
