Planning, Prototyping & Documentation
Your finished product will reflect your needs — exactly
We take no chances when creating software. Instead of making assumptions, we probe, comprehend and express a precise strategy — made tangible through a visual prototype and plain-English documentation of every functionality. This ensures you receive everything you requested and consented to.
Why planning matters
Poor planning is the most common cause of project failure
Without careful planning, you risk delays, mistakes and unexpected expenditure. Developers love the thrill of writing code — and planning can be skipped in favour of shortcuts and guesses. And customers, understandably eager for a working product, often focus on core features rather than unusual scenarios. Those gaps only surface once the software is in use — and closing them retroactively hits system stability, cost and time.
"The designer and developer were absolutely excellent; they developed a prototype while we were working on it at numerous meetings where they were able to understand our objectives."

What we create
Five deliverables that close every gap
To avoid functionality gaps, additional cost and disappointment, for every development project we create:
1
A working prototype
A model of the new application. Even the most imaginative people struggle to picture software from paper — with the prototype, nothing is left to speculation.
2
A product backlog
The "master list" of every feature to be developed — a distinct list of functions, fully documented with screen pictures and testing requirements.
3
A functional specification
A clear, concise written plan of everything you'll receive after development — optional, depending on Agile or Fixed Price engagement.
4
A sprint schedule
A plan of what features will be developed in which sprint — so you always know what's coming next.
5
A fully managed service
A delivery team of project manager, scrum master and solution architect, guaranteeing timely, cost-effective completion.
Your prototype
See your new system before a line of code is written
We start with a visit from one of our Technical Architects to go through your requirements in great detail. It's our duty to extract all the necessary information to avoid gaps in functionality — and to contribute our own thoughts and concepts based on experience, maximising your return on investment.
Visual
Interactive user interfaces
Show exactly how each screen will look and work, using cutting-edge visual technologies.
Flow
Workflow diagrams
Precisely outline the user experience and background operations before development begins.
Clarity
No assumptions, full agreement
Because of its visual nature, the prototype ensures all parties agree on exactly what's being developed.
Your product backlog
No stone left unturned
The product backlog is the "master plan" of the software's design — a Scrum term specific to Agile development. It compels the entire development team to consider every component carefully before writing a single line of code. Every piece of work is organised by priority: the task at the lowest level, grouped into PBIs, features, and finally epics — collections of features for a product or key product area.
Once the backlog is fully elaborated — every PBI with a clear specification, screenshots and testing criteria — our team estimates each item using methods like T-shirt sizes (Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and so on) in a process called "poker planning". After consensus and commercial alignment, we produce a high-level sprint plan and communicate it to all stakeholders.
Plan it properly. Build it right.
Start your project with a prototype and a plan that leaves nothing to chance.
